• Lead product strategy and roadmap for a closed physician-to-physician consultation platform serving 13k+ verified physicians with 250k+ completed consultations, working directly with founders to align business goals with clinical user needs.
• Led, and contributed hands-on to, the platform’s full migration from a legacy PHP system to a scalable architecture built on NestJS (backend), React Native (mobile) and React.js (web), running on on-premise Kubernetes infrastructure.
• Managed outsourced development teams end to end, owning the roadmap, task management, delivery timelines and release planning to keep both the migration and new feature work on schedule.
• Directed UI/UX from concept to release across the mobile app, the web platform and an internal back office that lets the team manage the entire system, turning clinical workflows and user needs into clear product requirements.
• Built the product analytics foundation with Mixpanel, tracking user behavior, engagement and growth metrics, and used these insights to prioritize features and iterate on the product.
• Own the technical budget end to end, including infrastructure spend, vendor negotiations and third-party integration costs. Secured $100K in Google Cloud credits to power the platform’s AI-driven features, balancing cost efficiency with product velocity.

• Contributed to the MVP of the Eddy DB dashboard for EdVisorly, an AI-native platform that automates college admissions and transfer workflows, and integrated it with EddyAI, the company’s AI engine that reads student transcripts and matches course credits to university requirements. EdVisorly later raised a $13.3M Series A and now serves 100+ institutions, including Carnegie Mellon University and UMass.
• Owned DietLogAI, an AI-powered calorie tracking app serving the US market, end to end, from product roadmap, sprint planning and team execution to stakeholder communication and launch, growing it to 1,000+ users.
